Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical cost and country custom reasons, sometime items in the same purchase may be sent to you in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping. This is to minimize the shipping weight cost so that we can offer all our customer low cost shipping fees for their purchase and this way also can lower the risk of your package get block and tax by the custom inspection process. So if the items in your order has been arranged to sent in separate package, you will receive the tracking number information email which contains separate tracking numbers for each packages.

If your order has been paid and you want to change any details or cancel it, you must contact us within the first 12 hours after you placed your order. Once the 12 hours period has passed, our team will proceed to start prepare the order and arrange the shipping process , so it can no longer be cancelled or modify anymore.
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
However we do not issue the refund if:
*You can submit refund requests within 14 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
For Exchange, please sent us an exchange requests within 7 days after your order has been delivered via our "Contact Us" page, we will review your exchange request and guide you the correct steps of process to proceed. Please do not send back the item before we have approve your request in order to prevent any package lost.
