(1) How Long Is The Shipping Time To My Country?

A: Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

(2) How Do I Know If My Order Has Been Shipped?

A: You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped from our shop.

For logistical cost and country custom reasons, sometime items in the same purchase may be sent to you in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping. This is to minimize the shipping weight cost so that we can offer all our customer low cost shipping fees for their purchase and this way also can lower the risk of your package get block and tax by the custom inspection process. So if the items in your order has been arranged to sent in separate package, you will receive the tracking number information email which contains separate tracking numbers for each packages.

(3) My Tracking Number says “No Information Available at the Moment”

A: Sometime shipping carrier system updates their system late, it might takes 2-3 days for the tracking information to be update in the delivery system. But, please do not worry for that as we have confirmed shipped out your package, that’s why we can provide you the tracking number for the package. Kindly wait patiently for the update in the shipping tracking system. If the status still show not found, please contact us. Our team will definitely respond to your inquiry within 1 business day.

(4) Can I Cancel / Amend My Order After The Order Has Been Placed?

A: If your order has been paid and you want to change any details or cancel it, you must contact us within the first 12 hours after you placed your order. Once the 12 hours period has passed, our team will proceed to start prepare the order and arrange the shipping process , so it can no longer be cancelled or modify anymore.

(5) How Do I Track My Order?

A: First, please copy the tracking number which we have sent to you via email after your order has been shipped out. Second, please open this link in your web browser: , and then paste the tracking number you have copied just now into the column. Finally, just click the “Search” button and then you can see the delivery status for your order.

(6) Can I Exchange The Item I Have Purchased?

A: For Exchange, please sent us an exchange requests within 7 days after your order has been delivered via our “Contact Us” page, we will review your exchange request and guide you the correct steps of process to proceed. Please do not send back the item before we have approve your request in order to prevent any package lost.

To be eligible for exchange, the item must be unused (e.g.: not worn, washed, damaged, or altered) and in the original condition with tags attached. It is also must be in the original packaging for the exchange purpose.

Please take note that we only accept the exchange for the same item you have purchased at our shop. Request on exchange of different item will not be accepted.

Please be informed customer will be responsible to pay for their own shipping costs for ship back the item to us.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

(7) What Is Your Refund Policy?

A: Please take note we do not issue the refund if:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
  • Items you have received are correct, but you no longer want them.
  • Other exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. you have ordered wrong item / sizes / color, etc)

(8) Can I Return The Item I Have Purchased?

A: All sales are final and returns are not accepted.

  • PayPal is a safer, easier way to send and receive money online. When you select PayPal as the payment method, you will be linked to the PayPal site where you can make payment.
  • PayPal can be used to purchase items by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), Debit Card, or E-check (i.e. using your regular Bank Account).

1) After viewing your items on your shopping cart page, you can click and check out with PayPal. Then you will leave our site and route to PayPal’s payment checkout webpage.
2) You can sign in to your PayPal account if you already have. You can also  create a new one if you haven’t got one.
3) After you have fill up the necessary information, just click “Pay Now” at the bottom , then PayPal system will process your payment and you will receive a notification email about your payment details.
